Medical education is not just a program for building knowledge and skills in its recipients. It is also an experience which creates attitudes and expectations.\u00a0<\/p>

It is my pleasure to share my views about a very enthusiastic and progressive organization. Bahawalpur Research & Life Sciences Development (Pvt) Limited (BRLS) is the state-of-the-art organization in the Southern Punjab having following major projects under its umbrella at present and others are in developing stage;<\/p>

  1. Bahawalpur Medical College (BMC)<\/li>
  2. Bahawalpur Medical & Dental Hospital (BMDH)<\/li>
  3. Bahawalpur Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences (BIRS)<\/li>
  4. Bahawalpur College of Pharmacy (BCP)<\/li>
  5. Bahawalpur Institute of Allied Health Sciences (BIAHS)<\/li><\/ol>

    We are committed to cultivate leadership, integrity and engaged citizenship in our students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Our mission is to advance the health and wellbeing of the people of Bahawalpur and Southern Punjab. We are striving to advance health and wellness through exemplary education, innovation, research, excellence, integrity, equal opportunity and community engagement. Our goal in the near future is to excel in healthcare, education, R&D, social, infrastructure and economic sectors. While our patients enjoy good healthcare and need not go to foreign countries anymore. We have been trying our best to keep foreign qualified and experienced faculty\/consultants of different specialties and delivering quantitative and qualitative healthcare services under one roof.<\/p>

    Great ideologies have greater responsibilities and the goals in healthcare are to safeguard, encourage and cultivate the social fabric of the society as a whole. We are committed to make available to the public the benefits of the most modern and technological developments in the field of medical sciences which are a blend of technology along with impeccable patient care. Working in the developing world, BRLS has striven to be innovative and pioneering in its academic and research efforts in the regions in which it works.<\/p>

    We aim to attain highest standards in teaching, learning and research that fall in accordance with global compatibility. We are aligned with our positioning strategy under \u201cFirst for Education, First for Care and Cure and First for Transparency\u201d, which is the virtue by which every individual at BRLS works.\u00a0<\/p>

    Our strategy to achieve this vision is to ensure that theory and practice go hand in hand. We would like to open all the doors for promoting the research potential of the students, which will enable them to use their academic knowledge for practical projects. We are headed for a future in which educational institutions will increasingly be judged by the quality of the education and training they provide, by the kind of people they graduate and by the way in which those graduates choose to lead their lives.<\/p>

    We bow our heads in gratitude to Allah the Merciful for enabling us to be of service to His creation, for giving us unity and strength to weather the storm, for keeping us afloat through trials and tribulations.<\/p>

    For all these reasons, and for many others, I am proud to serve as Chairman of BRLS where vision, value, quality, care and transparency comes first under my leadership and through proven years of management experience.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Bahawalpur Medical College (BMC) is the project of Bahawalpur Research and Life Sciences Development (Private) Limited (BRLS) which is a private limited company registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. It is a group of highly accomplished and acknowledged leaders from medical profession and business community. BRLS\u2019s main focus is development of institutions of health care. It has ventured into establishing a state-of-the-art medical institution along with an associated 500-bed teaching hospital.<\/p>

    Other institutions under the umbrella of BRLS are partners of BMC in achieving excellence in education and care, and share same vision and values, while pursuing their individual missions. At BMC we offer one of the most current and dynamic curriculum in the field of medical education to prepare our graduates to practice their profession equipped with the best scientific knowledge and skills, imbued with highest ethical and cultural values and committed to a life of service and compassion. Our faculty has an unselfish commitment to our students and patients. The educational program at BMC is closely associated with BMC hospital, which is one of its major strengths.     Bahawalpur Medical College (BMC) is a new, emerging medical college in the private sector in the historic city of Bahawalpur. Offering a distinctive campus environment with a Moorish and Bahawalpur stately architectural theme, the campus buildings appear well-rooted in the history and culture of the area.<\/p>

    At BMDC we are committed to engaging the best minds in the fields of medical education and health care, providing a flourishing environment to students of medical sciences in the pursuit of knowledge and service to the society.<\/p>

    The associated institutions are part of the integrated campus.<\/p>

    Beyond the excellence in academics and research, we involve our students in extensive activities ranging from sports to cultural events and society events etc. that keep them super active across the year.
